About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team at the Centre for Health Economics (CHE) at Monash University.

As a Research Fellow, you will be responsible for conducting econometric research on the health and labour dynamics of frontline workers amidst natural disasters and the pandemic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement econometric studies to investigate the recruitment, retention, and health impacts of frontline workers
  • Analyse data to identify policy-relevant insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with researchers and policymakers to disseminate findings and inform policy decisions

Requirements:

  • PhD in Health Economics, Econometrics, or a related field
  • Strong econometric skills and experience with data analysis software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
