About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Ledger Accountant to join our team at Concert Golf. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compliant financial documents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Apply GAAP principles to enter financial data and transactions into the ledger.
  2. Analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and prepare detailed reconciliations.
  3. Enter AP invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  4. Maintain AP vendor information.
  5. Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
  6. Enter journal entries as needed.
  7. Process purchasing card billing based on monthly statements.
  8. Assist with purchasing card maintenance, disputes, etc.
  9. Process chargebacks to clubs for AP invoices paid at the Corporate level.
  10. Consolidate quarterly legal confirmation report.
  11. Assist with bank account setup and maintenance, including user access.
  12. Generate reports for financial reporting.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support.
  14. Support CFO, Controller, and other financial professionals in their duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years progressive accounting experience required.
  • Northstar GL or similar Club accounting software a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Self-starter/pro-active, and a team player.
  • Detail oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure.
