You will provide exceptional customer service by answering calls efficiently and professionally. You will engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, exceeding their expectations and creating memorable moments. Your role will involve following brand guidelines in every interaction, maintaining total customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service and guest engagement
  • Answer calls within 3 rings using the specified greeting, following brand standard guidelines
  • Respond positively to all calls and assist with guests' enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department
  • Promote and upsell in all guest interactions, following brand guidelines
  • Accurately document guest messages and internal communication
  • Complete general day-to-day duties of the communications team.

Requirements:

  • Previous Call Centre, Reservations or Reception experience
  • Proficiency in using systems such as SevenRooms, OrderUp, Opera, Eventbrite, LQA, Trust You, and the PABX
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail, and superior customer service skills
  • Availability to work on a seven-day rotating roster.
