We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, property, and assets.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time opportunity with rotational shifts, including days and nights. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with visitors, staff, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a high level of customer service while maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity.
Key Tasks:- Patrolling the site to identify potential security risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Monitoring CCTV footage and responding to incidents as necessary.
- Greeting visitors and employees, issuing keys or cards, and monitoring their activities for safety and compliance.
- Protecting people and property from harm.
- Reporting any security breaches or incidents to management immediately.
- A valid NSW Security License.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- A valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous gatehouse experience is highly desirable but not essential.
