This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Principal Practitioner. In this role, you will have the chance to strengthen practice skills and knowledge of all services staff and lead a practice culture that is evidence-based and integrates theory and research into practice.
About the Role- Lead the development of practice excellence across metropolitan divisions in conjunction with management and staff.
- Provide case consultation and technical input on complex cases.
- Build the expertise of community services practitioners through training and professional development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with line managers in Community Services.
You will work closely with community services practitioners and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders including Alliance Partners, Networks, and Child Protection.
