Job Description

ECCO Supply™ is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Estimator to join our team. This role involves taking on a leadership position and providing guidance to junior estimators.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with expertise in estimating mechanical equipment, grilles, and other related products.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently taking off plans, itemizing products and equipment, and preparing quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain good working relationships with all co-workers and ECCO employees.
  2. Read and comply with ECCO's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
  3. Assist in the success of ECCO's Safety Program with suggestions and by setting a good example.
  4. Project management once successful job tenders have been awarded.
  5. Ordering project material and equipment as required.
  6. Follow up and tracking of shipments, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries as per client specifications.
  7. Ensure invoices are processed on a regular basis with correct and accurate pricing.
  8. Identify and solicit potential clients.
  9. Assist and share in customer sales and technical calls requiring assistance.
  10. Promote and secure business from all aspects of the HVAC industry.
  11. Provide timely feedback to supervisor regarding performance.
  12. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  13. Participate in annual inventory count.
  14. Assist in trade shows offered by ECCO Supply, suppliers, and/or customers.
  15. Participate in industry-related associations.
  16. Work closely under the supervision or more senior ECCO estimators who will provide mentoring and coaching.
