About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead sales activities for mill lining technologies in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers achieve their operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading sales activities for mill lining technologies in the Asia Pacific region
  • Supporting customers through the life of their asset, including installation support, condition monitoring, technical recommendations and troubleshooting
  • Providing technical advice about the suitability of processing equipment and technologies for customer purposes
  • Reviewing operational data and identifying opportunities to improve comminution performance with mill lining or other processing technology solutions
  • Utilising specialist programs for comminution simulation and analysis with training provided
  • Analysing market trends, competition and industry best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with all quality, environment, health and safety (QEHS) rules and regulations
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgical Engineering, Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering disciplines
  • 5+ years experience in minerals processing
  • Previous exposure to operation of minerals processing concentrators including comminution circuits
  • Continuous improvement mindset with ability to challenge status quo
  • Strong commercial acumen with customer oriented outlook
  • High level of communication and customer service skills
  • Strong focus on safety with ability to execute high-quality risk observations and hazard reports
  • Ability to travel as required
