Vice President of Animation

The role of a senior animator involves collaborating closely with other animators, animation supervisors and the head of animation to create high-quality animation that is both believable and convincing.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate effectively with team members to develop innovative animation solutions.
- Work independently to complete complex animation projects within set deadlines.
- Meet strict project schedules and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in CG animation for high-end live action VFX feature films.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in 3D space.
- Expert knowledge of Maya software.
- Experience in troubleshooting and predicting potential problems.
- Ability to provide support and guidance to team leaders and supervisors.
- Experience in mentoring junior artists.
- Capacity to contribute to the development of new workflows and methodologies.
- Thorough understanding of animation principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
This mid-senior level position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to learning and growth.
