We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience level.

Job Description

This role involves executing institutional client equity orders and developing essential desk tools. You will work within the Sales Trading team and collaborate closely with the Institutional Sales team to deliver market insights and streamline internal workflows.

You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your technical skills and market knowledge to support both internal teams and external clients. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing the team's efficiency and effectiveness in managing equity trades and client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to trading.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to code (Python preferred) and maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to monitor and relay market dynamics and client interests effectively.
