The Role:

Our South Wentworthville service is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma holder who is working towards ECT status. This permanent full-time position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood teaching or Diploma qualification with a focus on ECT
  • Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence in early childhood care and education
  • Demonstrated communication and leadership skills with experience in managing teams
  • Practical knowledge in delivering high-quality planning cycles and curriculum design
  • Proven ability to support team development of documentation on children's learning outcomes
  • Creation and maintenance of engaging, secure, and stimulating learning environments
  • Holds a valid First Aid certificate or is willing to obtain one
  • Working With Children Check certification
