About the Job
As Head of Strategy & Enablement, you will work closely with our CEO and Executive Team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organisational growth and success.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as a sounding board to the CEO, providing timely insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
You will also lead key projects across teams, identifying and mitigating risks and roadblocks to ensure seamless execution.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with organisational goals
- Providing critical thinking and analysis to support executive-level decision-making
- Liaising with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law, Public Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a strategic advisory or senior operational role
- Strong stakeholder management, executive support, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proven ability to lead programs or initiatives from concept through to execution
