Visual Communications Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our design team, responsible for producing engaging, brand-aligned content across both digital and print platforms.
About the Role:- Designing print and digital assets including catalogues, website banners, social media content, EDMs, POS, and signage.
- Working across multiple national campaigns at once while also contributing to local store marketing initiatives.
- Supporting internal teams with creative collateral including presentations, sales tools, and event invitations.
- Seeing your projects through to finished art and ensuring brand consistency at every touchpoint.
- Collaborating closely with the in-house marketing team and stakeholders across the business.
- Taking ownership of briefs and managing priorities in a fast-moving but balanced environment.
- 2–3 years of graphic design experience in an in-house or agency setting.
- A folio that demonstrates strong print and digital work - ideally retail based.
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) using a MAC.
- A meticulous eye for detail, strong time management, and a collaborative spirit.
- The ability to take a design from concept to final output, including finished art for print.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Experience with franchise or retail-based environments.
