Home Based Carer

We are seeking applications from dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our community care team.
- This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.
- Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
- Additionally, you will provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification;
- Current Australian driver's license; and
- A roadworthy and insured vehicle for work purposes.
