Job Title: Senior Financial Systems Expert
Role OverviewThe Senior Financial Systems Expert will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex financial systems problems.
They will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a finance system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Be a finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Reinforce company policies and procedures to others.
- Drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams.
- Identify dependencies and support interplay between different workstreams within a project.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other experts within their projects.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses areas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of finance and procurement or other planning tool implementation experience.
- 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting; Cloud ERP experience is a plus.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable).
- Experience with other financial ERP systems such as SAP, People Soft, Oracle ERP Cloud, etc.
- Background in financial or supply chain roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in designing and developing solutions.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions under deadlines.
