About the RoleThe successful candidate will assist in providing high-quality direct client service to residents, identifying diversional therapy needs, and collaborating with health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diversional therapy in accordance with established programs
- Collaborate with health professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Complete routine care and documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and provide qualitative care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AQF Certificate III relevant to the position
- Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in day-to-day duties
- Previous experience in providing direct care services in a health-related field
