About the Role:

At our organisation, our dedicated support service TECSight helps customers get the most out of their John Deere Technology. Trained technicians provide over-the-phone, on-site, and Precision Ag support to assist seamless connection to machines. This service provides essential data insights, improving farm productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating customer demonstrations, clinics, and product optimisation days, ensuring quality machine data capture, proper machine set-up, and delivery of third-party recommendations. They will also participate in dealership promotions events, field days, and clinics, maintaining current production practices, trends, changes in regulations, and product knowledge of equipment, parts, and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

They will possess experience as a John Deere Technician, Agronomist, or background in Precision Ag. They will have strong coaching, training, and mentoring skills, as well as excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
