Casual School Aged Care Educator

About the Job

We are seeking a Casual School Aged Care Educator to work in our out-of-school hours programs. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging and supportive environment for children.

You will assist in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity and social development. Your responsibilities will include supervising children, fostering positive relationships and ensuring their wellbeing at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise children during out-of-school hours
  • Assist in planning and delivering activities that promote learning, creativity and social development
  • Foster positive relationships with children and colleagues
  • Educate children on essential life skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
