Main Responsibilities
Project Administration
As a Program/Project Administrator, you will provide timely and accurate administrative support and coordination to installation managers. This includes managing the project schedule, policy changes, tracking and updating company's projects as required.
Daily Operations
You are responsible for project administration and daily operations. This includes preparing milestone dates, commissioning, and close-out checklists.
Reporting and Communication
You will submit timely project updates and reports to senior management. Additionally, you will review sub-contractors' intellectual and physical works, including review Risk Assessments.
Sub-Contractor Management
You will manage sub-contractor relationship, which includes, but not limited to, initial scope and proposal review, developing final proposal based upon agreed scope of work.
Risk Management
You will identify, log and track project risks and issues, resolve issues on the projects.
Data Management
You will maintain project data in system pertaining to capacity, new opportunities and general project record.
Analysis and Reporting
You will collect and analyze data from the projects, and summarizing final report upon the project completion.
Requirements
We require an AQF Diploma or higher education for this role.
Desirable Skills
We prefer candidates with leadership skills and experience, teamwork and independence, organizational skills and time management, and communication proficiency.
Benefits
This full-time role offers 38 hours a week with an annual salary of $70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation. We offer a fast-growing team environment and immediate start for the successful candidate.
