Lead and Nuture Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and nurture a team of dedicated educators in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and collaborating with teams, developing thoughtful cultures that promote brave, curious, and imaginative learning. They will also have the ability to build lasting relationships with families and contribute to making their centre an example of Guardian's mindsets.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (or working towards).
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a leadership role.
  • Sound practical knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
  • Budget and financial accountability experience.
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
