A competitive salary package of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum is on offer for this role.
As a Senior FMCG Account Development Manager with Michael Page, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the FMCG space. You will thrive in a fast-paced industry, managing client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Represent a pioneering specialty beverages brand in Melbourne, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and collaborating with sales teams to achieve results.
- Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing effective communication and presentation skills to influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed, providing exceptional service to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, showcasing the brand's innovative products and services.

The Successful Applicant
- Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing Key Accounts in the FMCG space, preferably with Key HoReCa or Retail accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
