Oral Health Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated oral health therapist to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will work closely with our dentists to provide high-quality patient care and services.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of oral hygiene services to patients, including cleaning and polishing teeth, diagnosing and managing conditions of the teeth, mouth, and jaws, and informing patients about oral hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and services, working closely with our dentists to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough examinations and diagnoses of patients' oral health needs.
  • Clean and polish teeth, and provide advice on oral hygiene and preventative care.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of our team to achieve excellent patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Hygiene/ Oral Health Therapy with high clinical skills and standards.
  • Current unconditional AHPRA registration.
  • An appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia.
  • Current professional indemnity insurance.
