\Job Summary
\As Product Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and implementing a quality management system that ensures the integrity of our client's products. This will involve establishing quality processes and procedures, collaborating with suppliers to guarantee product quality, and conducting continuous improvement activities.
\You will also be responsible for setting up quality control and inspection processes, working with and managing 3rd party suppliers, and coaching and leading the Quality team. Your expertise will play a critical role in driving the company's quality management programme forward.
\Key Responsibilities
\This role requires at least 5 years' experience at a Quality Manager level, preferably in cosmetics. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. You will also need an in-depth understanding of quality principles, including AQL, root cause analysis, and CAPA management.
