Job Overview

A highly skilled commercial lawyer is required to provide legal expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, procurement experience, and senior stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in general commercial contracting, with exposure to a wide range of industries, including financial services, consumer, food and retail, energy and resources, government and public sector, construction and infrastructure, education, hotels, leisure and gaming, mining, TMT, and transport.
  • Ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts with suppliers and service providers, in areas such as property, technology, privacy, and data, intellectual property, credit, and financing.
  • Relevant experience in M&A, particularly involvement in the integration of new companies/businesses into existing corporate structures, as well as joint venture experience.
  • Procurement experience is highly sought after.
