Job Title: Educational Leader

As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for leading transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice. You will work collaboratively with educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and early years content, as well as knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework. They will also have experience working with centre leadership teams to lead change and drive improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • NESA accreditation/registration
