Seasonal Concierge Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our seasonal concierge team. As a Concierge Attendant, you will be the face of our centre, providing exceptional service to customers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services
Requirements:
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Feel confident assisting customers in a busy retail setting
  • Be flexible and willing to work as part of a team
