Operational Team Lead

The Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre seeks an exceptional operational team lead to oversee day-to-day café operations. As a key member of our vibrant team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and guiding staff to create a warm and welcoming environment.

About the Role
  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily café activities
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct stocktakes
  • Mentor and train new staff members
  • Assist in tracking daily sales and meeting financial targets
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales
