  3. Significant leadership experience supporting large teams with the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
  4. Formal leadership or management training is desirable.
  5. Experience with a wide range of surface mining equipment and infrastructure.
  6. Experience with budgets, financial analysis, and cost management.
