Personal Care and Social Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide personal care, social support, transport, and rehabilitation assistance to clients in Melbourne and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide daily living assistance, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. They will also assist with social activities, transportation, and rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and daily living assistance
  • Assisting with social activities and community engagement
  • Transporting clients to appointments and outings
  • Delivering rehabilitation programs and support

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Experience working with disability support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
