We're looking for an experienced and visionary leader to drive quality early learning environments through our teams of educators and leaders who influence children's futures. As a seasoned coach, you will be responsible for providing direction, coaching, and support to a portfolio of Centre Managers to excel in quality care, development, and education while achieving operational business objectives.
">Key Responsibilities:- Drive team engagement through positive leadership and modelling of core values.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, teamwork, fairness, achievement, and recognition.
- Maximise occupancy and revenue via local area marketing and enrolments and value-add services.
- Manage area full team ratio, ensuring required qualifications for positions.
- Conduct regular centre visits with clear agendas and desired outcomes, including site-wide travel.
- Complete administrative tasks as requested by the manager.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and training courses as appropriate.
- Resolve escalated complaints from families within approved time frames.
- Support centre managers to resolve outstanding matters.
- Liaise with support office for functional support and information.

With proven experience in managing high-performing centres, ideally across multiple sites, you are an optimistic, enthusiastic, and values-driven leader who has a curious mindset and care-based nature. With a can-do attitude, willingness to challenge the status quo, and tenacity to succeed while demonstrating agility to adapt to changing priorities.
">Requirements- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably within the sector.
- Centre manager experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Multisite or multichannel leadership experience preferred.
- Employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring experience with proven ability to lead a dedicated team through innovation and transformation.
- Passionate belief in the early years care, development, and education of children.
- Demonstrated P and L, financial, and transaction accountability.
- Approved working with children check as per Victorian regulations and compliance.
- First aid and CPR certificates.
- Ideal but not mandatory, a bachelor of early childhood and/or services.
