Job Description

This role involves working closely with clients in their homes and out in the community, providing person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. As a Female Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks and activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Encouraging social participation and community engagement
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $28-$32 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer:

  • A flexible roster that includes afternoons and mornings shifts, with the possibility of extra shifts if required
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Manual Handling certificate
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
  • Medication Administration Certificate, Basic Continence Care, and Infection Control/Basic Health Support Certificate (highly preferred)
  • A full Australian Driver's Licence and ability to drive and use pool vehicle or own vehicle
