About the role

As a Store Manager at Coles, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. With a passion for the liquor industry and a background in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments, you will be well-equipped to shape memorable customer experiences and connect with your community's key moments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Displaying your flair for creating eye-catching stock setups and energizing your team
  • Fostering a friendly atmosphere for customers and building genuine connections that ensure every customer leaves with a smile
  • Managing liquor inventory, payroll, and rostering, and ensuring everything remains well-organised and visually appealing in the store
  • Hitting store goals and boosting sales
  • Ensuring compliance with RSA certification and other relevant regulations
