About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with our workforce management team to provide advice and support on recruitment and selection policies and procedures.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met. This includes providing timely advice and support on human resource management matters, including recruitment and selection, remuneration and conditions, and workforce planning.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement ideas and opportunities to improve HR business processes.
