Job Description

The Operations Team Member is a key member of our customer-facing team. This role will effectively deliver store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling, banking integrity, and systems access.
  • Cultivate a positive store and channel experience for customers through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
  • Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and controllable expenses.
