Employment Lawyer – National Mid Tier Law Firm – 2-4 PAE

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at a well-established national mid-tier law firm. As an Employment Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work with a respected Partner who practices exclusively in Australian employment, workplace relations, and safety law on the employers' side.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PAE experience in Employment Law on the employers' side. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment law matters, including employment contracts, workplace investigations, and employment disputes.
- Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including unfair dismissal claims and general protections claims.
- Develop and implement employment law strategies to minimize risk and maximize opportunities for clients.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 – $140,000 + access to a bonus structure.
- A flexible working arrangement with the ability to work 3 days from home if desired.
