We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team at Connect Personnel. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with Xero and other financial software systems to process weekly payroll for around 30 employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting information from timesheets, processing employee wages through bank, and paying superannuation monthly. Additionally, you will assist in the onboarding process of employees, manage accounts receivable and payable, and support our co-ordinators with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, has excellent computer skills, and can multitask and adapt to an ever-changing work environment. If you are willing to learn new software and apps, and can work independently as well as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will be required to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll for around 30 employees using Xero
  • Collect information from timesheets and update employee records
  • Paying superannuation monthly and managing accounts payable
  • Assisting in the onboarding process of new employees
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable
  • Supporting our co-ordinators with ad-hoc administrative tasks
