About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team at MannaCare, a highly regarded not-for-profit organisation providing residential, community, and in-home aged care services.

The successful candidate will have relevant nursing qualifications, AHPRA registration, and experience within residential aged care or healthcare. They will also possess strong communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to supervise team members and manage after-hours client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including wound care, palliative care, and behaviour management
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to enhance skills and knowledge
