Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced credit and fraud analyst to join our team in the SMB merchant risk management department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit and fraud checks for merchants during the onboarding process.
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts in the team.
  • Develop and implement Merchant Risk Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with operation teams to manage processes and case level escalations.
  • Manage relationships with sales, operations, and legal teams.
  • Align risk policies and procedures with other market-based risk teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in credit and fraud merchant risk management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn, make informed decisions based on research, and work as part of a global team.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
