Role Responsibilities

In this position, your daily tasks will include:

  • Delivering civil design projects to a high standard, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conducting design and analysis of civil infrastructure projects, including managing coastal engineering pathways, bikeways, and civil components of significant developments.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and regulatory authorities while producing project drawings and reports.
  • Building and maintaining relationships within AECOM and the local industry.

Qualifications and Experience

The following qualifications and experience are preferred, but we encourage all interested candidates to apply:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and CPEng, RPEQ (or working towards).
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and technical delivery of civil infrastructure projects, which may include coastal engineering, footpaths, and civil components of major developments.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 12D or Civil 3D for civil infrastructure projects.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality technical work.
  • Experience in an engineering consultancy is advantageous.
