Role Responsibilities
In this position, your daily tasks will include:
- Delivering civil design projects to a high standard, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conducting design and analysis of civil infrastructure projects, including managing coastal engineering pathways, bikeways, and civil components of significant developments.
- Communicating effectively with clients and regulatory authorities while producing project drawings and reports.
- Building and maintaining relationships within AECOM and the local industry.
Qualifications and Experience
The following qualifications and experience are preferred, but we encourage all interested candidates to apply:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and CPEng, RPEQ (or working towards).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and technical delivery of civil infrastructure projects, which may include coastal engineering, footpaths, and civil components of major developments.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 12D or Civil 3D for civil infrastructure projects.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality technical work.
- Experience in an engineering consultancy is advantageous.
