About the Role

As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will be a key member of our store team, leading by example and embodying the Sephora experience for customers. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Set the tone for your team by showcasing excellent customer service skills and demonstrating a passion for beauty and skincare.
  • Drive sales growth through coaching and supporting your team members to exceed KPIs and achieve their goals.
  • Utilize data insights to inform operational decisions and work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to ensure a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client and cast member matters, making confident decisions to drive business success.

Requirements
  • Prior retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry, with a focus on profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, motivating and coaching team members to succeed.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a strong brand presence.
  • Able to maintain a positive and inclusive team culture, recognizing and rewarding individual contributions and achievements.
  • A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
