Job Overview

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to shape supplier partnerships and drive real commercial results.

You will lead the end-to-end management of supplier contracts, ensuring every agreement delivers value, mitigates risk, and aligns with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage supplier contracts in line with procurement strategies.
  2. Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and service levels in collaboration with Legal and Category Managers.
  3. Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations strategically and on time.
  4. Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolve disputes, and manage price adjustments.
  5. Track and realise commercial benefits such as rebates and discounts with Finance and Category Managers.
Requirements
  • A degree in Law, Business Management, or a related field is required.
  • Extensive experience in contract management within procurement or commercial environments is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts from initiation through to renewal or close-out is necessary.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills are required.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities are needed.
