Compassionate Care Specialist
Welcome to a rewarding career opportunity in senior care. As a Compassionate Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
You will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities;
Participating in the development and review of resident care plans;
Maintaining personal dignity and privacy of all residents;
Supporting and assisting in the provision of a comfortable, safe, and secure environment;
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work collaboratively with others.
In order to excel in this position, you should possess:
A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support;
Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights across a 7-day week;
A current National Police Check and/or NDIS, or willingness to obtain.
