About the role

  • As a Vitamin Trainer, you will be responsible for supporting the sell-through of our VMS portfolio of brands – Bioglan, Medlab, and other key products.
  • You will ensure that all internal and pharmacy staff are trained and motivated, confident in selling our products.
  • You will conduct in-store training for Vitamin Staff/Retail Managers, focusing on new products and cycle hero products.
  • You will also conduct in-store demonstration events with consumers to link sell companion products.

About you

  • Qualifications in Naturopathy or Herbalism are essential
  • Previous facilitation experience to both small and large groups (30+) is essential
  • Pharmacy or department store sales/counter experience is preferred
  • Vitamins and Health food retail background preferred, but not essential
  • Strong rapport building and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and confidently
  • Highly motivated
