Early Childhood Education plays a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering lifelong learning. At our centre, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can design and deliver engaging Kindergarten programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for everyone. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting children's learning through observations, evaluations, and ongoing reflection.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Acecqa-approved Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, or Master's in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check - QLD).
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations.
  • Familiarity with behaviour guidance frameworks and inclusive practices.
