Job Opportunity in General Surgery

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of General Surgery Registrar. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our surgical services. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across two facilities, including a 600-bed teaching hospital and major trauma centre. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers high-quality patient care and contributes to the advancement of medical knowledge.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of safe and effective surgical services
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders

Your Requirements

  • Registration with AHPRA or eligibility for registration
  • At least 12 months recent experience in General Surgery at a Registrar level minimum
