Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic trainee to join our Non-Destructive Testing Team in 2024.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for school leavers and graduates to gain practical experience in NDT methodologies while pursuing studies in Engineering at either Certificate or Advanced Diploma levels.

Requirements

Ideally, candidates will have previous experience and possess the following skillsets:

  • Year 12 and pass marks in Maths, English, and Science; OR commenced a mechanical trade certification
  • Mechanical aptitude or an interest in how mechanical things work
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Compensation and Benefits

The successful trainee can expect a first-year base salary of $43,000, with potential to earn an average annual salary of $70,000 (inclusive of overtime) after their first year.
