We are seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to lead our gaming room operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the gaming room operations to achieve financial and business targets
- Lead and develop a team to ensure outstanding guest service and experience
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue

Requirements:

- Proven experience in gaming management within a licensed venue environment
- Strong leadership skills to build a positive team culture and motivate staff
- Operational experience to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications are essential
