Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, we invite you to take on the pivotal role of Branch Manager, where you will lead the day-to-day operations of our key branch in the Hunter Valley. This exciting opportunity allows you to step into a leadership position within a well-established business that values people, safety and teamwork.

This challenging yet rewarding position involves overseeing the smooth operation of workshop, warehouse, sales, logistics and purchasing activities. Your expertise in driving efficiency and process improvements will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments
  • Drive business growth through data-driven decisions and strategic planning
  • Oversee budgets and expenditure, ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Foster a positive, safe and high-performing work culture
  • Build strong relationships with staff, customers and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with policies, legislation and industry standards

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership position
  • Experience within mining, heavy industry and mobile machinery is advantageous
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Advanced organisational and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence in driving change and making informed decisions
  • Qualifications in Business, Management or related field (desirable)
