Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated medical professional to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced medical environment.

This role involves managing patient records confidentially and efficiently, processing payments accurately, and ensuring accurate storage and retrieval of patient information.

Main Responsibilities
  • Opening and closing the clinic according to set procedures
  • Greeting patients and other callers professionally and courteously
  • Managing medical records and documents securely
  • Processing patient payments via various methods
  • Invoicing Medicare, Private Health Funds, TAC, and Workcover
  • Communicating with referring doctors, hospital staff, and pharmacists
  • Providing assistance to patients with enquiries
  • Maintaining a tidy reception area and consulting rooms
Requirements
  • A high level of computer literacy and IT knowledge
  • Experience using medical software desirable
  • A current Police Check, Working with Children clearance, First Aid/CPR certificate, Immunisation Record, and Driving Licence required
