About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Enoggera. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing care and support to children, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment that fosters a sense of belonging and community.
  • Plan and implement engaging and inclusive programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
Requirements
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
  • Passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
