Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Remote Staff is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. Your expertise in social media, content creation, and data analysis will enable you to create and implement successful marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Development and Management:
    • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Post updated products and content on social media and our company website on a weekly and monthly basis.
  2. Digital Metrics Analysis:
    • Analyze and review digital metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Produce monthly reports on content performance, broken out globally and by persona.
  3. Traffic and Engagement Strategies:
    • Implement strategies to improve traffic and engagement on customer-facing digital platforms through SEM, SEO, and digital advertising.
    • Stay updated with the latest online marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Social Media Monitoring:
    • Update and monitor social media platforms to ensure timely responses to customer interactions and inquiries.
    • Track and report on social media analytics.
  5. Website Management:
    • Manage and maintain our company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
    • Work with WordPress and other website management tools to make necessary updates and improvements.
  6. Email Marketing:
    • Create content and campaigns for email marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns.
  7. Marketing Campaigns:
    • Devise and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and products.
    • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new creative growth strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media marketing.
    • Experience with content creation, campaign management, and website maintenance.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent technical writing and content creation skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and platforms.
    • Proficiency in WordPress and eagerness to learn other marketing tools.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative marketing strategies.

    • Above-average communication skills are essential.
  • Virtual Team Environment:
    • Willingness to work in a virtual online webcam team environment, with constant support and guidance.
    • Must be comfortable with keeping the webcam on via MS Teams during working hours to facilitate immediate communication and collaboration with the team, including seniors, tax managers, and the Principal.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Must have a laptop with Windows and Norton security installed.
    • The laptop should have fast processing speed to ensure efficient performance.
    • A server login will be provided for secure access to company resources.
